By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using KlAIfy on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

KlAIfy is an AI-powered knowledge assistant that connects to your organization's data sources (such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, and wiki platforms) to provide instant answers to employee questions. Our service includes:

• AI-powered question answering from your internal documents
• Integration with popular workplace tools
• Analytics and reporting features
• Team collaboration tools

3. Account Registration

To use KlAIfy, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Billing

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start your trial.

Paid Plans

After your trial, you may choose from our available subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise our systems
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
• Use the service to compete with KlAIfy
• Exceed usage limits specified in your subscription plan

6. Your Data

Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to your data. By using KlAIfy, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide our services.

Data Security

We implement enterprise-grade security measures including end-to-end encryption. Your data is never used to train our AI models or shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the service.

7. Intellectual Property

KlAIfy and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KlAIfy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KlAIfy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

KlAIfy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated answers should be verified for accuracy in critical situations.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold KlAIfy harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of KlAIfy after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.
